 Sun Salutations are a key element of yoga that all yogis know and more comfortable too. Chandra Nanas or moon salutation is another sequence of lasagnas that are practiced in some types of yoga  moon. This sequence consists of a series of ten different poses, which begins with the placement of the mountain and take the practitioner through a series of poses to complete a greeting. There are some variants of Chandra Nanas series, yoga moon but most of them focus on different phases of the moon for inspiration cycle. These Inuyasha yoga are often expected to offset the impact of Supra Nanas yoga moon.

The moon salutation sequence practiced is a series of postures following:

Mountain Pose

Arms raised Pose

Standing Forward Bend

Lunge Pose

Downward Facing Dog pose

Plank Pose

A combination of Ashton Nanas and Cobra Pose

Repeat the first five lasagnas in reverse order starting with downward facing dog and mountain pose ending yoga moon.

There are a number of other changes that have been developed according to the gurus who teach them yoga moon. Each is designed to meet the different needs of practicing yogi.
